# Who can play music at my venue?

There’s no limit to how many team members can access your Place — just invite them with the appropriate **Roles**.

Music playback is available for **Owner**, **Administrator**, **Media Manager**, and **Player** roles. Only **one device** can act as the player at a time.

*Tip:* As an **Owner**, you can pre-select which stations are available to your team by adding them to **My Music**.

Team members can play music from any device — PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

To use your own device as the player:

1. Open the Moodby platform or app.
2. Click the **device icon** next to the player.
3. Select your device in the pop-up window — done!

All users with access to your Place can also manage music remotely: switch stations, pause or skip tracks, and handle guest requests even when away from the player device.
