      How can I reset or change my password?

      Forgot your Moodby Play password? Don’t worry! You can reset it in just a few seconds.

      1. Hit the dedicated button under the login form. 
      2. Type in the email address you used when registering.
      3. Find and follow a secret link in an email sent to you.
      4. Set a new password and sign in.

      Set a unique password for Moodby Play and update it regularly to avoid data leakage. Do not use unsecured passwords such as 12356, QWERTY, and Iloveyou. 


      Here is how to update your current password:

      1. Click your profile name at the top right and open My profile.
      2. Hit Change a password and set a new one. Keep it at least eight characters long, and add special symbols and numbers to strengthen your password.
