Go to the Subscriptions tab anytime you want to change something.
Here is what you need to do:
- Add a card to make payments on Moodby Play.
- Click Add a card in the Payments tab.
- Fill out card details — the card number, expiration date, holder name, and CVV code.
- Once you hit Authorize, the card will be checked and added to your Place. You can add several cards if needed.
Note: The platform is integrated with ECOMMPAY. It is a reliable PCI DSS-compliant provider that ensures the payment data is securely transmitted, protecting all entities involved.
- Subscribe to the service or Premium stations.
- Log in as Owner, Media Manager, or Administrator. Users with other Roles won't be able to deal with it.
- To get a subscription to all Base stations on Moodby Play, hit the Subscribe button at the top of the page where you are now. In the pop-up window, check for the payment method and subscribe.
- Additionally, you can subscribe to Premium stations by tapping the Subscribe button on a station page.
- Cancel or renew your subscription.
- Hit Change in the Subscriptions tab.
- Click on the Cancel subscription button.
Note: You can renew your canceled subscription for free until the day it expires by tapping the Renew button at the top of the page at Moodby Play.
