# Basic troubleshooting

## Please follow the steps below:

 

**1)** Close all other open Moodby tabs.

**2)**Turn off the Caching setting in the app:

*Go to the **Settings -\> Player -\> Allow caching -\> Disabled***

**3)** Log out of Moodby.

**4)** Clear your browser cache and cookies:  
*Go to **Browser Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data**.* 

**5)** Restart the browser.

**6)** Log in to Moodby again

**7)** If you’re not using **Google Chrome**, please try using Moodby in Chrome.

**We strongly recommend using Google Chrome**, **especially on Apple devices.**
