Roles and permissions on Moodby
You can manage your Place alone or together with your team.
As an Owner or Administrator, you can invite new members and assign them roles that define how they interact with your venue’s music. Once you create a Place, you automatically become its Owner with full control.
Here are the available roles:

Administrator – same rights as the Owner, except payment management.

Media Manager – controls the venue’s sound: skips or blocks tracks, manages guest orders, and handles station subscriptions.

Player – plays music through their device and can skip tracks.

Staff Member – remotely controls playback (Play, Pause, Skip) but can’t use their own device as a Player.
