Resolving technical issues

Ran into a problem with our App? Follow these steps

When using Moodby App:

1. Try playing another playlist and then go back to the one where the technical issue appeared.

2. Log out then log in to the app.

3. Restart the app.

4. Restart your device.

5. Delete the app. Install it again.

When using browser, try clearing cache or use another browser. Apple devices should try using Google Chrome.
