I play Moodby music from my computer, but it doesn’t work. What should I do?

  1. Close all open tabs with play.moodby.com.
  2. Reopen play.moodby.com.
  3. Make sure your subscription is active: Subscriptions.
  4. Go to play.moodby.com, select a Station, and start playback.
