How do I add an audio announcement?
Want to let your customers know about special offers, discounts, or important updates? Audio announcements are a great way to do it.
STEP 1
If you already have a finished audio file, send it to your account manager or email it to support@moodby.com.
If you don't have a recording yet, simply send us the text. Let us know whether you prefer a male or female voice, and we'll create the audio for you.
STEP 2
In your email, tell us how often the announcement should play (for example, every 10, 30, or 60 minutes).
If you have multiple announcements, send them all and specify the order in which they should be played.
STEP 3
Let us know how long the announcements should remain active—for example, for a few days or until a specific date, such as the end of the month.
That's it! Our team will take care of the rest and add your announcements to your audio stream.
