# Como adicionar um anúncio de áudio?

## Quer informar seus clientes sobre promoções, descontos ou outras informações importantes? Os anúncios de áudio são uma maneira simples de fazer isso.

**PASSO 1**

Se você já tem um arquivo de áudio pronto (formato MP3, com duração máxima de 3 minutos), envie-o para o seu gerente de conta ou por e-mail para **support@moodby.com**.

Se ainda não tiver uma gravação, basta nos enviar o texto. Informe se prefere uma voz masculina ou feminina, e nós criaremos o áudio para você.

**PASSO 2**

No e-mail, informe com que frequência o anúncio deve ser reproduzido (por exemplo, a cada 10, 30 ou 60 minutos).

Se você tiver vários anúncios, envie todos e informe a ordem em que devem ser reproduzidos.

**PASSO 3**

Informe também por quanto tempo os anúncios devem permanecer ativos — por exemplo, por alguns dias ou até uma data específica, como o final do mês.
