# Comment ajouter une annonce audio ?

## Vous souhaitez informer vos clients de promotions, d'offres spéciales ou d'informations importantes ? Les annonces audio sont faites pour cela.

**ÉTAPE 1**

Si vous disposez déjà d'un fichier audio (format mp3, durée maximale de 3 minutes), envoyez-le à votre gestionnaire de compte ou par e-mail à **support@moodby.com**.

Si vous n'avez pas encore d'enregistrement, envoyez-nous simplement le texte. Indiquez si vous préférez une voix masculine ou féminine, et nous créerons l'annonce pour vous.

**ÉTAPE 2**

Dans votre e-mail, indiquez la fréquence de diffusion souhaitée (par exemple toutes les 10, 30 ou 60 minutes).

Si vous avez plusieurs annonces, envoyez-les toutes en précisant l'ordre dans lequel elles doivent être diffusées.

**ÉTAPE 3**

Indiquez également pendant combien de temps les annonces doivent être diffusées, par exemple pendant quelques jours ou jusqu'à une date précise, comme la fin du mois.
